How we work together

  • This is where we get to know each other, align on campaign objectives and share account access

  • We’ll review current web tracking set-up to validate revenue data.

  • Here we research, build & launch your search, shopping and video campaigns.

  • The initial launch phase allows you to gather data and see how the campaigns perform.

  • Based on the learnings from the refinement stage, we’ll look for opportunities to expand each campaign.

  • We’ll continuously monitor performance, make data-driven adjustments, and ensure the campaigns stay ahead of the curve.

Mindful Questions

  • Our Google Ads management service is designed to drive results straight away. Depending on your industry, brand awareness and competition results will vary but we’ll provide your forecasting before launch.

  • No, you don't need to have an existing Google Ads account. We can help you set up a new account or optimize your existing one to ensure it aligns with your business goals and targets the right audience effectively.

  • The good news is most Google Search campaigns can be set up without needing images but it’s best practice to include them. We ask that you provide us with basic brand assets like product imagery, logos and any videos to get started.

  • Yes…but within reason. We’ll set up all campaigns as best practice and recommend when it’s time to implement testing or build new campaigns.

  • If you’re budget is limited we recommend you stick to a smaller number of campaigns and work your way up the marketing funnel over time. We recommend minimum spend $15k/month for efficiency.

  • We handle the day-to-day management of your Google Ads campaign. We'll keep you informed with regular updates and reports on campaign performance, but welcome your feedback and insights to ensure our strategies align with your business ambitions.

  • That would be me, Luke 👋. I don’t outsource ads management offshore or to other team members. I’m weirdly obsessed with the Google Ads platform and love working on it. I’ll treat your account like my own child, with love and care.

  • I assume you’re very busy so I don’t want to waste your time with meetings. Instead, we’ll pick a channel that works for you (Whatsapp, Slack, Email, Pigeon carrier etc) and communicate regularly through there. When you onboard we’ll connect on a call to go through your business value prop, core customer audiences etc but after that most management will be handled through messaging.

  • I will pour my heart and soul into making your ads work. If they’re not working, rest assured I will know well in advance and we can switch tactics. As a result, we don’t offer a money back guarantee but there’s no lock in contacts once the initial three months onboarding is complete.

  • Right here in New York City! I spend my time between NY and Sydney, Australia – rest assured your time zone will work for communication.
